OUR COOKING classes provide you with the basic knowledge of Indian vegetarian culinary art. We will teach you how to use Indian spices and how to combine them well. You will also learn how to prepare paneer (fresh cheese) and all sorts of ways how to use it in cooking and all other useful details which make Indian cuisine outstanding.
With the help of our cook, we will teach you how to prepare a six course meal. Each participant will be provided with his or her own space and cooking equipments.
All the ingredients used are easily available. If you would find any difficulty getting them, we can help you out.
Each participant of class will get a certificate of completing this cooking class.
Our classes take place always on Sundays depending on the number of participants. Maximum capacity is 6 persons.
